About the Role: Based from County Hall, NG2 7QU, you will be working 30 hours a week, Monday to Friday, 06:00am to 09:00am and 03:00pm to 06:00pm, 52 weeks per year. You'll play a key role in providing high quality caretaking services across multiple sites, ensuring buildings remain safe, secure, clean and well maintained. Your responsibilities will include:
- Opening and securing sites as required
- Travelling between locations to provide caretaking support
- Maintenance work
- Site inspections and health and safety checks
- Supporting contractors on site
- Reporting maintenance issues and defects
- General caretaking duties
- Cleaning
