Opus People Solutions are seeking an In-house Recruiter to join our RPO team recruiting for roles within the Vertas Group! Ipswich- Hybrid
Do you thrive in a fast paced environment where sourcing and securing top talent is at the heart of your work? We're looking for a driven and experienced In-house Recruiter to lead recruitment activity, build strong relationships with hiring managers and candidates, and utilise a range of recruitment tools and platforms to attract high quality talent. The ideal candidate will have a solid understanding of permanent recruitment processes and the relationship building skills needed to meet our clients' staffing requirements.
What will your day to day look like? You will support the full recruitment lifecycle for high volume, permanent blue collar roles. This includes advertising vacancies, talent pooling, screening candidates, arranging interviews, and managing offers. A key part of the role is developing proactive, trusted relationships with hiring managers understanding their needs, market trends, and geographical challenges, and ensuring we consistently secure the best talent.
What skills do we require?
- Proven experience in an in-house, high volume recruitment role (ideally within Facilities Management or Blue Collar)
- Strong motivation and passion for recruitment and people
- A mindset for process improvement and innovative thinking
- Ability to work independently under pressure, managing a varied workload in line with business needs
- Excellent organisational and customer service skills
- Flexibility to travel between client sites as required; a driving licence and access to a vehicle are essential
