Are you passionate about caretaking, teamwork, and delivering exceptional service? Vertas is looking for a dedicated Mobile Caretaker to join our Facilities Team.

You’ll find us putting the customer at the heart of everything we do, while prioritising our colleague’s health, safety and wellbeing.
About the Role: Based around Matlock, you will be working 25 hours per week, Monday to Friday, 52 weeks per year. You’ll play a key role in providing high-quality caretaking services to oversee maintenance and cleanliness. Your responsibilities will include:
- Carrying out day-to-day maintenance and minor repairs.
- Making sure that heating, lighting and alarm systems are working properly.
- Carrying out and recording basic checks and maintaining Health and Safety records.
- Monitoring site stocks and undertaking cleaning duties.
- Demonstrating Health and Safety awareness and have a willingness to attend training courses including Health and Safety (all training will be provided).
