To cover areas in Long Eaton, Sandiacre, Heanor, Ilkeston, and Cotmanhay, you will be working on a Zero Hour Contract on an ADHOC basis. You’ll play a key role in maintaining cleanliness to a high standard that meets our standards and delights our customers.
You must drive and have your own vehicle – without this your application will not be considered.Responsibilities:
- Cleaning toilets and washrooms
- Wiping down tables and surfaces
- General cleaning duties across classrooms and communal areas
- Hoovering and mopping floors
- Ensuring high standards of hygiene and cleanliness are maintained
Qualifications:
- Previous cleaning experience is desirable but not essential
- Ability to work independently and efficiently
- Enhanced DBS check is required; if you do not currently hold one, you must be willing to obtain it
- Great communication skills and experience in a similar cleaning setting
- A team player providing an excellent service across the Vertas Group
- The ability to make best decisions with Vertas in mind
- The ability to adapt and respond to change in a growing organisation
- Right to work in the United Kingdom
