This is an opportunity to move beyond simply filling vacancies, taking ownership of recruitment strategy, building talent pipelines, improving hiring processes, and delivering an outstanding candidate experience.

Working closely with hiring managers and the wider People team, you'll play a key role in attracting high-quality talent while ensuring recruitment is efficient, compliant, and aligned with the business's long-term goals.

A fantastic role that focuses around market mapping, employer brand, ATS projects, recruitment systems, career events and beyond.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage the full recruitment lifecycle across a variety of roles.
  • Partner with hiring managers to understand hiring needs and define role requirements.
  • Source high-quality candidates through job boards, Linked In, networking and other recruitment channels.
  • Screen applications, conduct initial interviews and manage candidates throughout the hiring process.
  • Build and maintain talent pipelines for future recruitment needs.
  • Act as the main point of contact for recruitment enquiries.
  • Develop and continuously improve recruitment processes and best practices.
  • Manage relationships with external recruitment agencies where required.
  • Recruitment Systems & Reporting
  • Maintain and manage the Applicant Tracking System (ATS), ensuring candidate records are accurate and up to date.
  • Monitor recruitment activity and produce reports on key hiring metrics, including time-to-hire, recruitment costs and sourcing effectiveness.
  • Track employee referral activity and recruitment performance.
  • Support hiring managers in using recruitment systems and following best practice throughout the hiring process.
  • Candidate Experience & Employer Brand
  • Deliver a professional, positive and engaging candidate experience from application through to offer.
  • Ensure recruitment processes are fair, consistent and completed in a timely manner.
  • Support employer branding initiatives, recruitment marketing campaigns and careers events.
  • Promote the organisation as an employer of choice within the market.
  • Ensure recruitment activities comply with employment legislation and company policies.
  • Work closely with the wider People team to coordinate interviews and recruitment administration.
  • Ensure pre-employment screening and onboarding processes are completed before new starters join.
  • Support workforce planning by sharing recruitment trends and labour market insights.
  • Contribute to recruitment projects and continuous improvement initiatives.

About You

You'll be confident managing multiple vacancies, building relationships with stakeholders, and identifying the best talent in a competitive market.
