Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead and coordinate frontline supervisors across Regulatory Services to deliver strategic objectives
  • Oversee enforcement activity, ensuring effective, consistent, and lawful practices
  • Investigate complaints, nuisances, and environmental health matters
  • Conduct inspections across areas such as Food Safety, Housing, Pollution, and Health & Safety
  • Develop and implement policies, systems, and service improvements
