Opus People Solutions are recruiting on behalf of Wyre Forest District Council for Refuse Loaders to temporarily join their busy team within the waste department.
Main duties:
- To undertake refuse/recycling/garden waste collection from all properties listed on route including wheeled bins, bulk containers, sacks and bulky items.
- Manual handling, clearing of fly tipping, manoeuvring wheeled bins between storage points and vehicles, use the lifting mechanism on the vehicle.
- Litter picking and bin emptying.
- Maintain a good service to the public at all times.
The right candidate will be physically fit and able to work in adverse weather, must have a valid Passport and be able to provide own safety boots.
