We are currently recruiting for an experienced Heating Engineer to join our client on a 3 month rolling contract, supporting the delivery of high quality maintenance services across housing stock and corporate properties.
The Role
Working under the direction of a designated Repairs Officer, you will be responsible for delivering a wide range of heating maintenance and repair works. Your role will be key in supporting ongoing service improvements within the organisation's property portfolio.
Key responsibilities include:
- Carrying out heating repairs, installations, and maintenance in line with works orders
- Ensuring all work is completed safely, efficiently, and to a high standard
- Supporting the delivery of responsive and planned maintenance services
- Travelling between sites as required
Requirements
To be considered, you must hold the following:
- Relevant technical qualifications and accreditations: CCN1, CPA1, CKR1, CENWAT1, MET1, HTR1 Range Cooker certification
- Unvented Hot Water certification
- Current Gas Safe registration
- Full UK driving licence (essential - travel to multiple sites required)
