An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced Marketing Manager to join a growing business and take ownership of marketing activity across multiple channels.
This is a hands‑on leadership role, responsible for delivering marketing campaigns that drive customer acquisition, engagement, and retention. You will oversee website performance, manage CRM and email marketing activity, lead events, and ensure all campaigns are aligned with commercial objectives. Alongside strategic planning, you will be heavily involved in day‑to‑day execution, working closely with internal stakeholders and external agencies to maximise results.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and deliver integrated marketing campaigns across digital, email, content, events, and social channels
- Manage and develop the marketing team
- Own website performance, optimisation, and content updates
- Oversee CRM, customer journeys, and marketing automation activity
- Manage email marketing campaigns from planning through to reporting
- Monitor campaign performance and provide actionable insights
- Manage marketing budgets and agency relationships
- Plan and deliver events that support lead generation and brand awareness
What We’re Looking For:
- Previous experience in a Marketing Manager or senior marketing position
- Strong understanding of CRM systems and marketing automation
- Experience managing websites and digital marketing activity
- Excellent communication, analytical, and organisational skills
- Ability to balance strategic thinking with hands‑on delivery
- Experience within Financial services would be an advantage
