We're working in partnership with Concertus to appoint an Associate Property Manager to join their Hard FM, Energy and Sustainability team. This job may be referred to elsewhere in the industry as a Facilities Manager or Hard FM Manager.

The Role
This is a number two position, working closely with senior leadership and deputising where required. You'll play a key role in the day-to-day running of the service, while gaining exposure to strategic decision-making and leadership responsibilities.
The team provides end-to-end estates and facilities support to public sector customers, helping them run their estate in the most effective way possible. As a result, this is a highly customer-focused role, requiring strong relationship management skills and the ability to adapt to a wide range of client needs.
What You'll Be Doing
- Supporting the leadership of Hard FM, Energy and Sustainability services
- Acting as a deputy, providing additional management capacity across the team
- Working closely with public sector and corporate clients to deliver high-quality outcomes
- Leading on operational performance and contributing to service improvements
- Playing a key role in shaping how services are delivered across customer estates

- Background in Facilities Management, Estates or Property
- Experience working with public sector organisations or corporate clients
- Strong understanding of Hard FM services and service delivery
- Highly customer-focused, with excellent people and stakeholder management skills
- Someone who shows initiative, takes ownership, and thrives in a dynamic environment
- Ambitious, with a clear desire to progress into a senior leadership role
