Local authorities are facing growing demand for high-quality legal support in children’s services, and we’re currently seeking an experienced Interim Children’s Lawyer to step in and make an immediate impact. Day rate up to £500, hybrid options.

This role will see you managing a varied caseload of public childcare matters, including care proceedings, pre-proceedings advice, and safeguarding issues. You will work closely with social workers, senior leadership, and external stakeholders to provide clear, pragmatic legal advice that supports the best outcomes for children and families.
