About the Role
Based in the
Ilkeston and Long Eaton area , this role is offered on a zero hours contract to provide cover for annual leave and sickness.
Typical working hours are
Travel time from home to site and back will be paid, along with mileage expenses.
You will play a key role in providing high quality caretaking services, ensuring our clients' environments remain safe, secure, clean and welcoming.
Key Responsibilities
- Carrying out day to day maintenance and minor repairs.
- Ensuring heating, lighting and alarm systems are operating correctly.
- Completing and recording routine checks and maintaining Health and Safety records.
- Monitoring site stock levels and undertaking cleaning duties where required.
- Demonstrating a strong awareness of Health and Safety and attending relevant training courses, all training will be provided.
- Maintaining high standards of cleanliness, security and presentation across sites.
