In this pivotal role, you’ll enable the Chief Executive to focus on strategic priorities by managing diaries, planning appointments and travel, coordinating key meetings, handling communications, and contributing to cross-organisational projects. You’ll work closely with the Corporate Business Manager, a team of Executive Assistants, and the Strategic Advisor to the Chief Executive. You’ll also line-manage the Personal Assistant to another senior level individual, ensuring coordinated support across leadership.
We’re looking for a highly accomplished EA with experience supporting C-suite or board-level leaders—ideally within the public sector. You’ll be confident, well-organised, and an excellent communicator, capable of building strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
