Estates Surveyor\\nLocation: West Northamptonshire (Hybrid Working Available)\\nRate: £400 per day (flexible, depending on experience)\\nContract: 12 weeks, starting ASAP\\n\\nSpecialising in Landlord & Tenant work across a diverse commercial property portfolio.\\n\\nOur client is looking for an experienced Estates Surveyor to join their Property Strategy and Estates team on a short-term contract. This role is ideal for someone with a strong background in Landlord and Tenant matters, particularly Rent Reviews and Lease Renewals across a varied commercial estate.\\n\\nKey Responsibilities:\\n\\n * Lead on Landlord and Tenant negotiations, including rent reviews, lease renewals, and re-gears.\\n\\n * Manage a caseload of commercial property matters across operational and investment portfolios.\\n\\n * Provide expert advice on lease terms, valuation, and property strategy.\\n\\n * Support the delivery of income targets and ensure compliance with statutory and contractual obligations.\\n\\n * Liaise with internal stakeholders and external advisors to deliver best value outcomes.\\n\\n * Contribute to wider estates initiatives, including acquisitions, disposals, and asset management planning.\\n\\nWhat We’re Looking For:\\n\\n * Strong experience in commercial property, with a focus on Landlord and Tenant work.\\n\\n * Proven track record of handling rent reviews and lease renewals independently.\\n\\n * MRICS qualified or equivalent experience preferred.\\n\\n * Confident negotiator with excellent stakeholder management skills.\\n\\n * Able to hit the ground running in a fast-paced, public sector environment.\\n\\nStart date: ASAP\\nContract length: 12 weeks\\nDay rate: £400 (flexible depending on experience)\\nWorking pattern: Hybrid (site visits as required)
