We have a fantastic opportunity for a Property Compliance Manager to join our team at Concertus. This role will be responsible for delivery of property management compliance services and client relationship management, retention and development.

Some of your key responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:
- To provide the primary client interface for property services, including maintenance requirements, advice on project feasibility.
- Compliance Audits - To carry out and upload annual Compliance Audits on site to ensure that the sites are meeting the regulations.
- Asbestos Audits - To carry out, amend and upload asbestos reviews to ensure that the buildings are compliant with Control of Asbestos Regulations 2012.
- Condition Survey - Uploading condition surveys to management database.
- Act as a client focal point for a portfolio of properties for all property matters.
- Contribute to the development and improvement of guidelines and procedures to meet legal and statutory requirements in relation to operational buildings.
- To contribute to the fulfilment of policies and procedures that help achieve service targets and wide initiatives.
You Will Have:
- Experience in the Building Services, understanding of mechanical and electrical systems that contribute to the functioning of a building's infrastructure is desirable.
- Qualification built on NVQ4 management CIBSE Membership or similar.
- Technical knowledge in building fabric, M&E and customer relationship management experience is desirable.
- The ability to identify, problem-solve, and find effective solutions to building issues.
- Strong communication and organisational skills including attention to detail and multitasking.
