We are looking for an experienced Lead Carpenter with a background in residential remodeling/construction. The ideal candidate will have strong skills from rough to finish carpentry and effective communication skills. As a Lead Carpenter, you will ensure quality workmanship and lead a team of carpenters to deliver exceptional results on time, managing crew and subcontracted labor, including work assignment, scheduling, and performance.

- 10+ years of experience in residential remodeling/construction
