We have several fantastic opportunities for Account Manager with a minimum of 2 years experience driving client retention and renewals with a consultative sales style.

Salary: £30k - £31k

Realistic commission (first year): £8,000 - £12,000

Type: Full-time

Reports to: Team Lead

Position: Own client retention, delivery satisfaction and commercial growth for a portfolio of clients; act as the main point of contact and the bridge between clients and delivery teams.

Key responsibilities:

  • Own larger / higher-value accounts and complex client relationships.
  • Lead account strategy, own renewal negotiations and drive measurable growth.
  • Mentor and support more junior AMs and improve account management processes.
  • Work cross-functionally to improve reporting, data quality and client outcomes.
