Salary: up to £58,500 (DOE) plus bonuses with OTE of £62,000. This role allows 1 day working from home a week!

Are you ready to lead with purpose and make a real difference in young lives? My Client in the Nottingham area is looking for a Registered Manager for a 3 bed EBD home, designed with the space and structure needed to give young people proper one-to-one support. The home will likely operate for a maximum of 3 children, giving you the time and capacity to focus on what really matters: relationships, reflection and outcomes.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Register and lead the home in line with the Childrens Homes (England) Regulations 2015 and Quality Standards.
  • Build and develop a strong, motivated team who feel valued and supported.
  • Oversee care plans that focus on progress, education and emotional wellbeing.
  • Lead safeguarding practice, ensuring every decision keeps children safe and heard.
  • Maintain outstanding standards in daily practice, compliance and leadership.
  • Manage budgets and reporting confidently while keeping people at the heart of your work.
About You:
  • Level 5 Diploma in Leadership & Management for Residential Childcare (or equivalent).
