My Client in the Dorset area is looking for someone to support up to 4 young people aged 10-17 years, providing care that is safe, nurturing, and aspirational. They are looking for an experienced Registered Manager to provide strong leadership, drive quality, and shape outcomes for children who need stability and support.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead with compassion, ability to inspire, and support the staff team to deliver high-quality care.
- Ensure the children's home consistently meets and exceeds Ofsted requirements.
- Meet the requirements of the Children's Homes (England) Regulations 2015, Regulation 28 (fitness of manager).
- Develop and oversee the implementation of personalised, outcome-focused care plans alongside multi-agency teams.
- Create and foster a safe, positive, nurturing and supportive environment for young people and staff.
