We have several fantastic opportunities for Account Manager with a minimum of 12 months experience driving client retention and renewals with a consultative sales style.

Salary: £28k - £29k

Realistic commission (first year): £5,000 - £10,000

Position: Own client retention, delivery satisfaction and commercial growth for a portfolio of clients; act as the main point of contact and the bridge between clients and delivery teams.

Key responsibilities:
  • Build strong, trusted relationships with client stakeholders; be the day-to-day contact.
  • Drive client retention and renewals; own renewal conversations and commercial outcomes.
  • Deliver regular performance reviews and reporting that show value and next steps.
  • Identify expansion opportunities and work with Sales/Delivery to upsell where appropriate.
