My client is a multi award-winning Recruitment Agency in Nottingham. As a boutique Agency with multiple offices throughout the UK, they have spent over 20 years developing an outstanding reputation for delivering first-class recruitment consultancy to an enviable client-base across HR, tech, legal and commercial, to name a few. Their talented team is made up of some of the best Consultants and Leaders in the recruitment industry, who have all been attracted to the organisation due to its excellent reputation, mature yet fun working environment and supportive/collaborative culture.
This Senior HR Recruitment Consultant position is a pivotal and leading role within the team, which has become available due to a Consultant moving over to another part of the business. Whether you are a current HR specialist or from a different vertical and fancying a new challenge, you will be joining a high-performing team that has nurtured three of the company’s top billers (£1 million +) and you will receive ongoing mentorship from one of the best names in public sector recruitment.
The team boasts fill rates of 81% across contingent and retained assignments, so this isn’t a high-volume role but instead; a targeted, consultative position where you will develop deep market knowledge and position both yourself and the company as being a trusted Partner for securing mid-senior level HR professionals both in the Midlands and the wider UK.
My client is happy to consider an experienced Perm or Contract Recruiter and are reasonably open-minded with regards to previous sector experience. They are not a KPI-driven organisation, so you will need to be self-motivated and driven, and be eager to leverage all the training, resources and mentoring, to push for excellence. As an alternative, they are also open to offering a Junior role to a Graduate looking to break into the recruitment industry.
On offer is an excellent base salary of up to £50,000, dependent on experience, with an excellent commission scheme plus additional incentives and company benefits. You will benefit from a hybrid working model of two days in the office and three days working from home but can, of course, visit the office more frequently, if you prefer.
The company are easily accessible from Nottingham, Castle Donnington, Grantham, Derby and the surrounding areas and the area offers sensibly priced accommodation and a variety of lifestyle options to suit almost every taste.
