We are hiring two Paid Media Specialists to join the Paid Media team. The role focuses on hands-on campaign management and optimisation across Paid Search and Paid Social, improving performance through structured testing, analysis and optimisation.
Location: Cardiff CF10 (fully onsite, no hybrid)
Salary: £35,000 - £50,000 DOE
Hours: 37.5 hours per week, Monday - Friday
Schedule: Flexitime between 6am and 8pm (no core hours)

ESSENTIAL CANDIDATE CRITERIA
- Paid Media Experience
- Hands-on campaign management experience across both Paid Search and Paid Social (candidates may specialise more heavily in one channel).
- Relevant platforms typically include:
- Google Ads
- Microsoft Ads
- Meta (Facebook / Instagram)
- TikTok or other paid social platforms
- Strong analytical ability using campaign data
- Experience improving CPA, ROAS or conversion efficiency
- Structured optimisation and testing approaches
- Ability to diagnose performance issues such as targeting inefficiencies, rising CPCs or declining conversion rates
- Confidence explaining optimisation decisions and trade-offs
- Structured, analytical problem solving
