My client is a Boutique Recruitment Agency in central Birmingham who specialise in the provision of legal professionals to an enviable client-base throughout the UK. Integrated with a well-known and industry-leading recruitment brand, this Agency has spent over 25 years developing a friendly and collaborative culture and are well positioned as a go-to provider of innovative recruitment and talent acquisition services, within the area of expertise.
Their talented team is made up of some of the best Consultants and Leaders in legal recruitment, who have all been attracted to the organisation due to its excellent reputation, supportive and fun working environment and the training and progression opportunities that are readily available.
Due to a significant period of success and growth, a number of opportunities for Recruitment Consultants and Senior Recruitment Consultants have become available, on both permanent and contract desks.
In your new role as a Recruitment Consultant / Senior Recruitment Consultant, the key responsibilities are as follows:
- Placing recruited and selected candidates with companies, through successful matching.
- Undertaking dedicated research and marketing activities, in search of new opportunities and candidates.
- Providing clear and reliable advice, in order to build trust with clients and candidates.
- Effective communication with clients from initial contact; to the building of successful long-term partnerships.
- Providing a follow-up service for placed candidates and client companies, seeking their feedback on the service provided and acting on the information.
My client is open to considering Recruitment Consultants of all levels. However, regardless of previous expertise, you will thrive in a fast-paced working environment and be dedicated to providing immediate solutions to the needs of clients and an outstanding level of service. They are also open to considering Graduates with office experience and people from other sales professions who are looking to get into the recruitment industry. Full training and mentoring will, of course, be provided.
In return, my client is offering a competitive salary of £26,000 - £37,000, dependent on experience, plus an excellent low threshold commission scheme and additional discretionary company bonuses. An excellent benefits package is also on offer including 25 days holiday per year (+ Bank holidays), pension, death in service benefit, free car parking, excellent social calendar, fully funded internal and external training, ad-hoc incentives, Perk Box, work anniversary Champagne and the celebration of staff Birthdays.
The Agency offer a hybrid working policy, with three days per week in their Birmingham city centre office and two days WFH. The company are easily accessible from Birmingham, Dudley, Walsall, Bromsgrove, Redditch and the surrounding areas, and the area offers sensibly priced accommodation and a variety of lifestyle options to suit almost every taste.
