Be a key player in our Digital Transformation team. Imagine yourself in a role where your professional growth and creativity are championed every step of the way. Opus is the UK's largest independent Managed Service Provider, recently ranked as 'World class' by the Best Companies to work for awards. The Business Analyst / Process Improvement Lead serves as Opus' internal design engine, diagnosing and reshaping end-to-end business processes specifically through Microsoft platforms. Improvements are achieved through a disciplined, quarterly focus that ensures changes are both effectively implemented and sustained over time.

You will be responsible for:

  • Deep Diagnosis: You analyse how the business actually works (not just how it's written down) to find the real reasons behind delays and errors.
  • Solution Shaping: You turn business goals into clear plans, deciding where to use automation or people while ensuring everything fits the tech (including but not limited to the MS technology stack).
  • Expert Advisor: You partner with business leaders to help them make better decisions and pick the right priorities based on facts.
  • Focused Execution: You run a disciplined quarterly rhythm to make sure the most important goals are actually achieved and measured.
  • Quality Bridge: You act as the link between the business and the transformation team, making sure what gets built actually solves the original problem without getting bogged down in the build itself.

Hybrid working for a good work/life balance. Salary £65-£70k DOE. Other organisations may call this role Digital Transformation Lead.

The talents we are excited to see:

You will have the following experience/skills:

  • Essential: 5 years experience in business analysis of complex, end to end processes.
  • Proven ability to diagnose operational problems and identify high leverage improvement opportunities.
  • Demonstrated experience shaping solutions involving enterprise systems (preferably Microsoft Dynamics 365 / Power Platform).
  • Comfortable defining solution direction and patterns without owning delivery execution.
  • Experience working with senior operational stakeholders and challenging constructively.
  • Able to maintain focus, structure, and calm under pressure.

Desirable:

  • Experience with continuous improvement and/or execution frameworks (e.g. PACe, 4DX, Lean, similar).
