As a Product Manager (PM) at Opus 2, you own a product area or feature set, driving its roadmap, delivery, and impact. You will partner closely with Design, Engineering, AI/ML, and GTM teams to turn customer insights into meaningful solutions. PMs at Opus 2 are empowered to prioritize, execute, and measure their product area, while learning to influence cross-functional outcomes and develop the craft to grow into senior roles.

Responsibilities

  • Customer-Centric Discovery: Lead discovery for your product area, running user interviews, journey mapping, and competitive analysis. Translate insights into validated problem statements, jobs-to-be-done, and hypotheses for improvement. Build relationships with customer-facing teams to gather and synthesize feedback.
  • Agile Product Development: Write and manage user stories, acceptance criteria, and lightweight requirements (PRDs). Partner with Engineering and Design to deliver features with quality and speed. Maintain a healthy backlog and facilitate sprint rituals to keep your product area moving smoothly.
  • Execution & Delivery: Own the delivery of features and enhancements from ideation to post-launch monitoring. Measure adoption, performance, and customer feedback to guide iterations. Ensure product documentation and GTM coordination are completed for smooth releases.
  • Strategic Product Mindset: Create and maintain your product area roadmap with input from your Senior/Director of Product. Make prioritization and trade-off calls independently within your scope. Analyse usage, NPS, and business impact to inform future roadmap decisions.
