This is a senior Programme Manager role with full ownership of complex technology and business change delivery. You will oversee multiple workstreams spanning engineering, product, and operations, ensuring programmes are delivered on time, within budget, and in line with regulatory expectations. Key responsibilities:
- Lead large scale technology and change programmes from initiation through to delivery and adoption.

- Manage programme budgets, resource allocation, and delivery risk.

- Strong commercial awareness with the ability to balance delivery, cost, and risk.
