An amazing oppoirtunity for a Sales Executive to work with one of UKs leading property entrpreneurs as he builds another start-up in his property company. The company will focus on property education and events. They empower aspiring and experienced property investors through coaching, courses, and networking events.
Role Summary:
A results-driven Sales Executive will have a main focus to convert warm leads into paying customers. You\’ll represent the firms values and help prospective clients take their first step in building wealth through property.
Key Responsibilities:
- Convert inbound leads (webinar attendees, social media inquiries, event guests) into course sales
- Conduct discovery calls, qualify prospects, and recommend appropriate coaching products
- Follow up via phone, email, and CRM to close deals
- Work to daily KPIs and revenue targets
- Attend property networking events, occasionally present, and represent the brand
Requirements:
- 2+ years\’ experience in B2C or B2B sales (ideally events, training, or high-ticket services)
- Strong communication and consultative selling skills
- Comfortable selling over the phone and via online virtual platforms (Zoom/Teams/Meets)
- Resilient, proactive, target-driven.
Bonus Skills:
- Passion for property, self-development, or coaching is a huge plus.
