An amazing opportunity for a Sales Executive to work with one of the UK's leading property entrepreneurs as he builds another start-up in his property company. The company will focus on property education and events. They empower aspiring and experienced property investors through coaching, courses, and networking events.

Role Summary: A results-driven Sales Executive will have a main focus to convert warm leads into paying customers. You'll represent the firm's values and help prospective clients take their first step in building wealth through property.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Convert inbound leads (webinar attendees, social media inquiries, event guests) into course sales
  • Conduct discovery calls, qualify prospects, and recommend appropriate coaching products
  • Follow up via phone, email, and CRM to close deals
  • Work to daily KPIs and revenue targets
  • Attend property networking events, occasionally present, and represent the brand

Requirements:

  • 2+ years' experience in B2C or B2B sales (ideally events, training, or high-ticket services)
  • Strong communication and consultative selling skills
  • Comfortable selling over the phone and via online virtual platforms (Zoom/Teams/Meets)
  • Resilient, proactive, target-driven.

Bonus Skills: Passion for property, self-development, or coaching is a huge plus.
