Now launching our innovative AI voice services for outbound & inbound consumer calls, OptusApp will significantly reduce client operating costs, while adding intelligent human-like AI conversations, across multi-concurrent phone calls, with instant language translations and local accents.
Role Description
This is a full-time remote role for a Sales Manager — delivering new logos and multi-year contracts. Your little black book of contacts will be an important part of what you bring to the role.
For the correct candidate, the role will carry a strong salary, uncapped commission, and an option for equity stake in the company.
Qualifications
- You will currently be working in a senior sales or sales management role, with one of the the larger providers of Contact Centre (ie CCaaS) services to 3rd parties in UK markets.
- Demonstrate success in closing significant contracts for outsourced contact centre services
- Ideally have experience of delivering such contracts in several distinct sectors (eg utilities, hospitality, logistics, etc..)
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to analyze sales data and performance metrics
- Ability to work independently and remotely
- Must be UK (or Ireland) based, and legally entitled to work in the UK.
