We’re excited to share that we’re looking for a Sales Specialist to join our Community Pharmacy Solutions team. If you’re passionate about building strong client relationships, driving growth, and helping pharmacies deliver better patient care through technology—this could be the perfect opportunity for you.

This is a home-based role with flexibility to attend client meetings and occasional networking events. You’ll be based in or around the Watford area and will work closely with our commercial team to deliver innovative solutions to the UK retail pharmacy market.

What you’ll do

  • You’ll play a key role in helping community pharmacies adopt Optum’s technology and services—improving efficiency, compliance, and patient outcomes.
  • Your responsibilities will include:
  • Managing inbound enquiries and qualifying leads to identify new business opportunities
  • Delivering online product demonstrations and guiding customers through the full sales process
  • Building strong relationships with customers and internal teams to ensure retention and growth
  • Maintaining accurate CRM data and staying informed on market trends
