Overview
We’re looking for a strategic and commercially focused Strategic Account Manager to join our team, supporting a defined region of NHS accounts. This is a remote position with occasional travel for client meetings and team collaboration. Reporting into a senior leader, you’ll benefit from a supportive onboarding process and ongoing development opportunities.
What you’ll do
Our NHS Account team operates in a fast-paced, collaborative environment where we focus on delivering value to our customers while having fun along the way.
You will be responsible for managing strategic NHS relationships, identifying new business opportunities, and ensuring customer satisfaction through proactive engagement and solution selling. You’ll play a key role in protecting and growing recurring revenue streams, leading complex sales cycles, and influencing decision-making across the NHS.
Key responsibilities include:
- Own and nurture long-term NHS customer relationships within your region
- Deliver consistent revenue growth through renewals, upsells, and new business
- Lead the full sales lifecycle—from qualification to contract signature
- Develop and execute multi-year account plans with accurate forecasting
- Stay informed on NHS structures, funding flows, and procurement frameworks
- Collaborate with internal teams to resolve issues and deliver seamless customer experiences
- Lead bid teams and contribute to solution development where required
Who you’ll be
You’ll bring experience in complex sales and account management, ideally within healthcare or the public sector. You’ll be confident navigating strategic conversations, building trust, and influencing senior stakeholders. You’ll take ownership of your work, collaborate effectively with others, and stay focused on delivering results. You’ll be open to feedback, embrace change, and continuously seek opportunities to grow and improve.
