We are excited to share that we are looking for a Senior Product Director to join our product team. This is a pivotal leadership role within our Product organization responsible for leading our Pharmacy.
Define and communicate a compelling long-term product vision for the Pharmacy Experience in product development within healthcare, pharmacy or medicines optimization.
- Proven ability to lead complex, multi-stakeholder programmes in a matrixed environment.
- Strong commercial acumen with the ability to align business goals with public sector value.
- Exceptional communication, negotiation, and stakeholder engagement skills.
- Familiarity with agile product development tools and practices (e.g., Aha!, Rally, GitHub).
