Here at Optum, we are looking for a Clinical Software Trainer to join us on a 12-month fixed-term contract. This position is field-based and requires travel across Northern Ireland to deliver on-site training. You will need to be based in Northern Ireland and hold a full, clean driving license.

What you’ll do
We seek individuals with a passion for delivering training, whether from previous experience or a keen interest in coaching and mentoring. You will join a team responsible for training GP Practices migrating to our Optum system, EMIS Web. You will receive comprehensive onboarding to enable you to deliver high-quality training both on-site and remotely.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Delivering training sessions to diverse audiences in various formats, including one-to-one, group, seminars, and train-the-trainer sessions.
- Supporting the migration process by providing training tailored to customer needs.
- Collaborating with internal teams and customers to troubleshoot and optimize training.
We provide all necessary training, making this role suitable for someone with coaching or mentoring experience, even without prior clinical software training background.
Other key duties include:
- Delivering transformation services and implementing complex solutions.
- Gathering and analyzing customer requirements to match with Optum products.
- Supporting customers with system configuration and providing detailed activity reports.
Who You’ll Be
