We are looking for a motivated Junior Sales & Business Development Executive to support our sales team by identifying potential clients, assisting with sales activities, and helping to develop new business opportunities. This is an ideal opportunity for someone early in their sales career who is eager to learn and grow in a fast-paced commercial environment.

  • Assist in identifying new business opportunities across target markets
  • Support senior sales colleagues in managing existing client relationships
  • Help prepare weekly and monthly sales updates (including pipeline activity) using CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce)
  • Assist in preparing client presentations and sales materials
  • Attend sales meetings, client calls, and internal briefings to gain end-to-end sales experience
  • Support marketing and promotional activities, including events, trade fairs, and online campaigns
  • Collaborate with the Operations and Commercial teams to help identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities
  • Help maintain accurate CRM records, ensuring all leads, contacts, and opportunities are up to date

  • Degree or diploma (business, marketing, sales, or related fields)
  • Demonstrated fundamental understanding of basic sales principles (training will be provided)
  • Possesses a solid interest in pursuing a career in sales or business development
  • Demonstrated willingness to learn sales techniques, CRM systems, and industry knowledge
  • Demonstrated proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
  • Proven salesforce (or similar CRM) experience
  • Fluent in English
  • Works toward agreed goals and is open to guidance and coaching
