This is a unique opportunity to influence the clinical education landscape, shape digital learning, and enhance the experience of clinicians nationwide.

As Clinical Education Director, you will lead the end to end lifecycle of clinical learning content and play a key role in how FourteenFish supports the professional development of healthcare practitioners. You will enjoy the flexibility to work remotely from anywhere within the UK as you take on some tough challenges.

Primary Responsibilities
  • Owning and driving the clinical content strategy for FourteenFish

  • Reviewing and maintaining the timeliness, accuracy and quality of education materials
  • Handling clinical queries and supporting customer accounts from a clinical perspective
  • Responding to clinical feedback and implementing content improvements where required
  • Building strong relationships with internal teams (Product, Sales, Marketing, Clinical Safety) and external partners
Who You Will Be

You will be a knowledgeable, confident and collaborative GP with a passion for clinical education and a strong understanding of appraisal and revalidation. You will thrive in a role that blends clinical leadership with creativity, digital innovation and relationship building.

You will be rewarded and recognized for your performance in an environment that will challenge you and give you clear direction on what it takes to succeed in your role, as well as providing development for other roles you may be interested in.
