What You’ll Do
The Global Medical Arrangement Co-Ordinator role is essential to supporting the increased workload associated with the setup and ongoing management of the Prior Authorization system. Without dedicated support in this role, we risk delays, errors, and inconsistencies in our service delivery. Given that our reputation is built on reliability, accuracy, and high quality service, any deterioration in these areas would directly impact on our ability to meet client expectations and maintain our competitive advantage. This role is therefore vital to ensure we continue to deliver the high standards we are known for, every time.
Primary Responsibilities
- Uploading and maintaining Medical Records
- Coordinating, arranging, and updating medical appointment requests
- Loading and managing clinical guidelines
- Updating and maintaining automated decision tree workflows
Who You’ll Be
- An organised and dependable administrative professional with previous experience supporting busy office environments
- Confident using Microsoft Word and Excel with basic proficiency to create documents, manage data, and support daily operations
- Someone who understands and applies GDPR regulations, ensuring all data is handled securely and responsibly
- A well-rounded individual with broad business awareness and the ability to adapt to varied tasks and priorities

Required Qualifications
- Educated to GCSE level
- Proven previous experience in an Administrative role
- Demonstrated basic proficiency in MS/Office (Word and Excel) is required
- Proven experience in GDPR regulation
Preferred Qualifications
- Well-rounded business knowledge
- Proven Occupational Health experience
- Proven previous experience handling the management of shared outlook mailbox
