The predicted salary is between 80000 - 100000 £ per year.

You’ll own delivery of Optronix’s largest, most complex data centre programmes across the UK and EMEA — leading multi-site builds, fit-outs and migrations from win through to handover, and owning the client relationship and commercial outcome end to end.

What you’ll own:

  • P&L and commercial performance of a portfolio of mission-critical projects
  • Senior, exec-level client relationships — trusted advisor through delivery
  • Leading and mentoring a team of project managers and site teams
  • Programme governance, risk, schedule and quality across concurrent sites
  • Safety leadership (CDM) and compliance across all works

What we’re looking for:

  • Proven hyperscale and/or colocation delivery at multi-million-pound scale
  • Strong grasp of M&E, white-space fit-out and structured cabling
  • Commercial acumen — contracts, margin, change control
  • A decisive, calm, client-facing leader who sets the standard under pressure
  • Eligible for UK SC clearance; willing to travel across EMEA

Nice to have:

  • PMP, PRINCE2, MSP or RICS
  • EMEA delivery experience and/or additional languages
