Job Description
About the role
This is an exciting opportunity to join Optoma during a major period of technology transformation. This is a hands‑on, support‑led role with a strong focus on 1st and 2nd line IT support, where you will be the frontline for resolving user issues across the business. You will work closely with senior engineers while taking ownership of day‑to‑day operational support, ensuring users remain productive and systems run smoothly.
Alongside support responsibilities, you will gain exposure to core infrastructure platforms including servers, cloud environments, virtualisation, identity services, and Microsoft 365, while contributing to ongoing improvement projects. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys troubleshooting, working directly with users, and building strong foundations in IT infrastructure.
