About the Role
- Responsible for the sales team and ensuring that team target is met
- Quota carrying position so you be expected to support with individual contributions
- Monitoring, coaching and training the sales team to deliver exceptional performance
- Able to assess and identify key development areaโs within the team
- Driving team to achieve target
- Managing all senior deals / Assisting more junior team members through final steps
- Maintaining an understanding of all company products and services
About the Candidate
- Minimum of 3 years sales experience with at least 2 years of which being a team leader
- Must have B2B sales experience and experience of the full sales cycle
- Ability to be able to train/coach/mentor junior salespeople
- Incredible communication and motivating behaviours
- Previous track record of good performance with an understanding of key metrics

- £45K Basic Wage
