About the Role
- Founding / early UK hire in the Customer-Facing Deployment Team
- Act as a strategic partner to financial institutions implementing AI into core investment workflows
- Own end-to-end deployment, adoption, and long-term value creation for enterprise clients
- Work directly with senior stakeholders including: Investment professionals, Credit / underwriting teams, Portfolio management teams etc.
- Translate complex financial workflows into scalable AI-enabled solutions
- Partner closely with Product and Engineering to shape implementation and roadmap feedback
- Help build and refine the deployment playbook for future hires as the team scales
About the Candidate
- 3–5 years experience in Investment Banking, Private Credit, Private Equity, or Corporate Banking
- Background at a leading institution (e.g. Goldman Sachs, JPMorgan, Morgan Stanley, Barclays, etc.)
- Experience in one or more of the following: M&A, Leveraged Finance, Financial Sponsors, or Credit Investment analysis, underwriting, or due diligence workflows
- Strong analytical mindset with high attention to detail
- Demonstrated interest in AI, automation, or data-driven tools (Python, SQL, ChatGPT, etc. a plus but not required)
- Comfortable engaging with senior stakeholders in high-pressure, high-credibility environments
- Entrepreneurial mindset and desire to move from traditional finance into a high-growth AI environment
