- Building strong relationships with clients to maximise retention and platform adoption
- Conducting regular account reviews to identify growth opportunities and improve performance
- Managing a high volume of customer interactions in a fast-paced environment
- Supporting clients with best practices, product adoption, and commercial recommendations
- Working closely with internal teams to ensure an excellent customer experience

About the Candidate
- 1 year of Account Management, Customer Success, or Relationship Management experience
- Experience managing a high volume of accounts is highly desirable

- Highly organised with excellent time management skills
