We are seeking a proactive and personable Sales Assistant to join our telesales team. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, be organised, have a passion for selling and delivering outstanding customer service. Fluency in English is essential to effectively communicate with potential customers as well as serve our existing customer base. This role involves engaging with customers over the phone, promoting products and services, and preparing and maintaining data. The position offers an opportunity to develop organisational skills within a sales setting.
Responsibilities
- Prepare and organise customer and sales data.
- Conduct outbound calls to prospective customers.
- Maintain a positive and professional attitude on the phone.
- Actively listen to customer needs and respond appropriately.

- Schedule appointments for sales representatives with qualified prospects.

Experience
- Previous experience in telesales and/or sales is preferred but not essential as training will be provided.
- Fluency in English is required.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to engage potential and existing customers effectively.
- Good time management skills to prioritise tasks during peak hours.
- Organised with the ability to maintain attention to detail in merchandising and stock management.
- Excellent phone etiquette and interpersonal skills for engaging with diverse customers.
- Experience with Zoho CRM is preferred but not essential as training will be provided.
