Join Our Service Team and make an impact. METTLER TOLEDO is seeking a skilled Service Technician in our Weighing Team to deliver exceptional technical support and customer satisfaction.
Responsibilities
- Perform routine preventative maintenance, calibration, and breakdown rectification on Laboratory and Industrial products
- Commission and install new equipment per customer requirements
- Deliver first-time fixes and complete documentation
- Manage vehicle stock, expenses, and time effectively
- Attend MT-UK training and highlight any additional needs
- Support colleagues across departments and ensure customer satisfaction
What You Need to Succeed
- Demonstrable mechanical and electronic engineering experience, including fault diagnosis, component replacement, and system optimisation in laboratory and industrial settings
- Proven track record in a customer-facing service environment, delivering timely technical support, building rapport with clients, and consistently exceeding service level expectations
