Right now, we are looking for kind-hearted, driven individuals to join our team as Outreach Support Workers. Whether you already have experience in support work or are looking for a rewarding career change, we'd love to hear from you. We have part-time opportunities available across Liverpool, Wirral, Sefton and Southport, supporting people to access and enjoy their local communities.

Here’s what you can look forward to when you join us:
- Flexible day shifts: Outreach shifts are between 3-9 hours, with contracts available up to 25 hours per week.
- Competitive pay: £13.55 per hour, with premium days paid at time and a half.
- Training & Development: Full training provided, including both face-to-face and online learning. Training contributes towards a Care Certificate Qualification.

What You’ll Do
As an Outreach Support Worker, you’ll provide person-centred support that helps people live the life they choose. You’ll be supporting people to access their local communities, build confidence, maintain relationships, and take part in activities that are important to them. Your role may include:
- Supporting individuals to achieve their personal goals and ambitions.
- Encouraging independence and choice in day-to-day life.
- Supporting people to access social, leisure, and community activities.
- Building positive and respectful relationships.
- Promoting and working within the values and beliefs of Options.
- Understanding the importance of the relationships in people's lives.
- Supporting people to travel safely within their local community.
