Role
The role requires a flexible network engineer who can manage multiple work streams in a fastâpaced service provider environment. Teamwork and the ability to work on own initiative are imperative. This position presents a fantastic opportunity to gain handsâon experience with a variety of vendor equipment.
Responsibilities
- Implement, maintain, troubleshoot and support all aspects of network and security on the Options network infrastructure.
- Collaborate closely with the global network team across US and APAC.
- Deliver changes to the network environment to facilitate onboarding of new clients, deliver new features or services to the PIPE platform and support production issues.
Qualifications
- A good knowledge of Routing & Switching to a CCNA level or higher.
- CCNA certification, Linux and Python skills are looked upon favourably.
- Strong research, writing and communication skills.
- Ability to work in a fastâpaced and changeable working environment.
- Exceptional organisational skills and strong attention to detail.
- Desire to travel and see the world.
- Ability to work independently and manage own projects in a professional manner.
- A passion for innovation and the financial technology sector.
- Strong interpersonal skills and project management experience.
