The Billing Specialist will ensure that all billing procedures are accurate, timely, and compliant with company policies. The Billing Specialist works closely with various departments to verify billing data, resolve discrepancies, and assist with the preparation of financial reports. Strong attention to detail, excellent communication skills, and proficiency with billing software are essential for success in this role.

  • 2+ years of experience as a Billing Specialist or similar role.
  • Passion for numbers and financial data.
  • Excellent knowledge of MS Office and experience with accounting software programs.
  • Analysing all billing procedures and identifying opportunities for improvement.
  • Ensuring clients' billing accounts are set up correctly and according to their requirements.
  • Maintaining updated records of accounts receivable.
  • Preparing reports and meeting billing deadlines.
  • Managing collection of all payments.
