The Role

Options are looking for a Brand and Creative Lead to define and elevate how Options shows up across every touchpoint, from sales decks and global events to our website. This is a hands-on role with real ownership. You’ll build our brand system from the ground up and then bring it to life across marketing and sales.

If you enjoy both creating the vision and executing it, this is a rare opportunity to shape a rapidly growing global fintech brand. Brand consistency and quality directly impact how we win business. This role will define how we present ourselves to clients, partners, and the market globally.

We’re looking for someone who can demonstrate:

  • Demonstrated background with 3-5 years experience in a brand development or creative role.
  • A strong portfolio across digital, print and presentation design.
  • Expertise in Figma, Adobe Suite and PowerPoint.
  • The ability to balance creativity with structure and consistency.
  • Confidence working at pace in a collaborative environment.
  • B2B experience and a Financial Technology background is preferred, but not essential.

Typical job duties would include:

Brand System

  • Developing and implementing brand guidelines (visual identity, typography, tone alignment with messaging).
  • Creating scalable templates for sales and marketing (decks, one-pagers, case studies).
  • Ensuring consistency across all outputs globally.

Creative Execution

  • Designing high-quality: Sales collateral (PowerPoint expertise will be key), Digital assets (LinkedIn, campaigns, landing pages), Event branding (booths, signage, merchandise).
  • Support video content (or direct external support where needed).

Website

  • Leading design direction for upcoming website rebuild.
  • Owning ongoing visual updates and improvements post-launch.
