Deliver planned and reactive water treatment services to ensure compliance with L8/ACoP and HSG274. Conduct regular inspection, cleaning, and disinfection of cooling towers , ensuring safe operation and compliance with COSHH and Legionella control standards. Carry out regular water sampling and chemical dosing for cooling tower systems , including monitoring of biocide levels and corrosion inhibitors. Perform flushing, descaling, and disinfection of domestic hot and cold water systems. Undertake temperature monitoring, microbiological sampling, and analysis in accordance with compliance schedules. Maintain and calibrate water treatment equipment including chemical dosing systems, controllers, and pumps. Complete and maintain accurate site logbooks, monitoring sheets, and compliance records. Support and carry out Legionella Risk Assessments and implement appropriate control measures. Provide technical support to facilities and maintenance teams regarding water hygiene issues. Liaise with contractors, clients, and internal stakeholders on compliance and remedial actions. Attend breakdowns and emergency call-outs for water-related issues TPBN1_UKTJ
