Options Resourcing are working with one of the UK's busiest contractors to recruit a freelance Site Engineer for a flagship project in the Swindon area.
The successful Site Engineer will have experience on groundworks, concrete bases and steel frames as well as performing the QA role on subcontractors' work.
As Site Engineer you will be responsible for:
- Setting out
- As built surveys
- QA work
- Ensuring subcontractors are working in line with drawings
- Liaising with the project team to identify issues before they arise
The successful Site Engineer will have CSCS and a demonstrable history on commercial construction projects (ideally steel frame structures). SMSTS and First Aid are ideal but not essential to the role.
Kit can be provided if needed and reflected in the day rate. This is a great opportunity to join an established site team, working for a growing main contractor with work secured well into 2026, on a project within easy reach of the M4.
