I\’m currently recruiting on behalf of a respected Building Services contractor based in Worcester, who are looking for a proactive and detail-driven Operations Administrator to join their team. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with strong Excel skills and a background in construction or technical environments.
Key Responsibilities: Maintain and update spreadsheets, trackers, and project documentation Support engineers and project managers with day-to-day admin tasks Liaise with suppliers, clients, and internal teams to ensure smooth operations Assist with procurement, scheduling, and compliance paperwork Prepare reports and maintain accurate records Contribute to health & safety and quality assurance processes
